About Lia Rajaela Richard: I am a 17 year old foreign student who is passionate about Fashion Design. I would like to be able to create high fashion couture outfits but wearable at the same time and my dream is to show a collection at a European runway show and have my own line.

- Inspiration:My inspiration for this design was French couture which I love it and it also defines me as being a flattering chic dress which gives a beautiful shape to the woman’s body, added by a unique, fresh look with the gorgeous fabric, kind of psychedelic.
- Fabric Details:100% polyester graphic print chiffon, 100% Posh lining, ribbon, hand embroidery
- Design Details:Chiffon fabric embellished with self and toned polyester embroidery. Use of machine knit, black elastic on the back of the dress, zippers and hand embroidered for small details. Posh lining is used underneath the chiffon fabric as a foundation of the dress.
- Judges Comments:Good job rendering fabric in sketch; garment clearly reflects high fashion aspirations; work to better understand proportion and rendering of fabric folds.
